A Fun Glass, Coin and Match Trick

This is a really cool trick you can show your friends. Bet a quarter on it... why not!
Place a small glass of water (or whatever) on the table. Now take a wooden match and break it in half but don't separate the two halves. Then place the match on top of the glass and position a small coin on top of the match (see the picture). Now, challenge anyone to make the coin fall into the glass without touching the coin, match, glass or table. They cannot blow on it nor hit it with anything. |

 | The answer: Dip your finger into a glass of water, carry the drop over to the match. Let the drop fall onto the break in the match. In a few seconds, the wood will absorb the water and the match will start to swell. The two halves of the match will separate and the coin will drop into the glass! Isn't that awesome!
